In this program we are involved in the transaction from the moment a tenant/buyer moves into the investment property and until up to two months after vacancy. Since we essentially have a vested interest in the home we must do a longer time frame with you, the owner. And we must set the price.
What we do is find a tenant/buyer for your home. We have a contract with you and we have a separate agreement with the tenant/buyer. They will pay us monthly and we will pay you as agreed. We will stay in the middle for the entire duration of the contract with this tenant/buyer. If they move out, for any reason, then we will continue making payments to you for up to two months of any vacancy period. Since we have a vested interest in the home our marketing campaigns will double to ensure this home of yours/ours is always leased.
In this program when the tenant/buyer decides to purchase we will also exercise our option and thus you get paid out as agreed in our original agreement.
We have a lease option program in which we stay involved with the home after the tenant or tenant/buyer moves in.
