Classic Lease Option Program (formerly known as our Platinum Program):
In this program we will do an option with you and give you (for free) everything you see in our Marketing Program and assist you in finding a lease option tenant/buyer. Our consideration to you is our Marketing Program and the use of one of our lockboxes (a $300 value).
Sandwich Program:
In this program we do an option agreement with you and a different option agreement with the tenant/buyer with different terms. We require a minimum of 5 year and set price agreement with you and we will stay in charge of finding a tenant/buyer for the home. We will maintain payments for up to 2 months of vacancy periods between each tenancy. Our Marketing Program is given to you as our consideration in the home.
Flip Program:
We are also buying homes and placing tenants or tenant/buyers into homes. We then seek investors who are searching for good investment deals (10% Cap Rates or higher) with a tenant or tenant/buyer in place.
