All payments on any position will be at the time a home is leased optioned or sold to a third party that went through our company. Most positions are paid on the profits our company makes on a particular transaction, I.e., The Take.

Video Marketing
Number of Openings Remaining: 1 (and taking applications for future positions)
Responsibility:
Upon accepting a call, you will be have the following duties:
Pay: $80 per home

Investor Relations
Number of Openings Remaining: 2
Responsibility:
Interact with investors or owners of homes. This person’s sole job is to find inventory to put onto the list for marketing purposes.
You will call on rental ads, for sale ads, network at business functions, real estate seminars, etc.
Once an owner is located, you will verify ownership of property (via recorder’s office or assessor’s office). If home is owned by an entity other than the owner’s name you will need documentation showing they are the owner of that entity.
Ensure the payments are current or there is no lien against home.
Contact the home office with owner’s name, phone number, email address and address of home. Also, if owner already has terms in mind then this information is also submitted.
Requirements: Understanding of how T.I.G. does business in both the lease option and sandwich lease option program.
Pay: 20% of The Take

Responsibility:
This is the nuts and bolts of the day-
Your job here entails moving of our current inventory of homes under a lease option or seller financing scenario. This position will marketing, advertise, receive phone calls, show homes, put together contracts, etc.
Your main task here is to find a lease option tenant/buyer for a home. This job requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen to a client’s needs and to be able to fill it.
You will do daily advertising of specific homes (of your choosing). You will field phone calls as they come in. The most creative person here will create their own ads based upon the templates from the Video Marketing people. You can create your own video campaigns based on these people’s efforts too.
You will put together contracts that are approved by the company. You will collect and handle monies. You will also give keys to these clients at their time of moving in.
Pay:
Graduated Scale
(based upon each calendar month -
1st Closing: 30% of Take
2nd Closing: 40% of Take
3rd+ Closing: 50% of Take
